Every data table in the system supports: a search bar to filter rows by keyword, clickable column headers to sort ascending/descending (look for the sort icon), a per-page selector at the bottom (10, 25, 50, or 100 rows), and a CSV Export button to download the table data as a spreadsheet file.

When you click Add or Edit on most pages, a form slides in from the right side of the screen (called a 'sheet'). Fill in the fields and click Save. Click outside the sheet or press the X button to close it without saving.

Every delete action opens a confirmation dialog (AlertDialog) asking you to confirm. This prevents accidental deletion. You must click Confirm / Delete to proceed, or Cancel to abort.

After every action (save, delete, update, etc.), a toast notification appears in the bottom-right corner. Green toasts indicate success. Red toasts indicate an error with a description of what went wrong.

What you see in the sidebar and what actions you can perform depend on your assigned role and permissions. If a menu item is missing, your role may not have that permission. Contact your school administrator to request access.

Each school only sees their own data. If you manage multiple schools, each school has its own login and isolated data. There is no cross-school data visibility.
